THE FORGE FACT
I started writing this song on a school golf trip to Alexandria, LA. The first chorus just randomly popped in my head, and I had to keep repeating it over and over until we stopped for gas and I could write it in my notes on my phone. The choruses I wrote on the couch shortly after. I was concerned that Suno wouldn't get the fast pace of the choruses generated properly, but this is one song that it completely nailed the vibe we were looking for.
One of the key parts of this song for us is the "call-and-response" of the vocals and fiddle in the verses. It really enhances the playfulness of the song and gives it more character. We also love how the song sounds like it would fit alongside Fearless or Speak Now-era Taylor Swift.
